Hi, I’m Kam Aris — welcome to Brave on Paper. I’m a Las Vegas native who spent most of my career tending bar. I always wanted something of my own, and I tried, more than once. Nothing stuck — I’d research it, plan it, build the whole thing on paper, then quit before I ever really started.

Then I did the unglamorous thing. I left the bar and took a pay cut driving Uber Eats — trading a steady paycheck for the one thing I actually needed: time to build. I spent about five years like that. Delivering food, studying, following every YouTuber, researching endlessly — always sure the thing that would finally work was one more video away.

One day I turned off YouTube, opened my laptop, and decided to just do it — scared, basic, and out loud. That’s Brave on Paper: the real steps, as they actually happen.
